Richard Lindner is Board Certified in Construction Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has experience in handling complex construction litigation, including defending design professionals, subcontractors, and general contractors against breach of contract and negligence claims. He has represented architects, civil, structural, and MEP engineers as well as surveyors against breach of contract and professional negligence claims.
He uses his construction education and background to assist both public and private clients with understanding and resolving complex design and construction issues before, and after, any litigation ensues.
Mr. Lindner has also handled personal injury claims related to automobile accidents, utility shut off, and construction defect issues. He also represented the Texas Windstorm Insurance Association on over 150 first-party insurance bad faith claims after Hurricane Ike.
