Gaines Griffin maintains a practice in general civil litigation, including complex, multi-party commercial litigation. Mr. Griffin also represents business owners before state and federal administrative agencies and in state and federal court in labor and employment disputes.
Mr. Griffin has also represented municipalities, schools and their elected and appointed officials in tort litigation involving areas such as civil rights claims, construction claims and employment litigation. His courtroom experience includes the representation of public bodies in both federal and state court at trial and on appeal.
