Mallorie P. Falcon

Mallorie Falcon is an associate attorney in the Firm’s Public Law section.  Ms. Falcon’s practice focuses primarily on public utility and municipal law matters.  She advises public electric and water utilities on state and federal regulatory matters.  She also represents public utilities before the Public Utility Commission of Texas and other regulatory bodies. She defended a municipal water utility in a contentious appeal of its outside-city retail water rates before the Public Utility Commission of Texas.

Ms. Falcon advises clients on broader public law issues, including Open Meetings Act and Public Information Act compliance, land use regulation, ethic/conflicts issues, as well as procurement and contract matters.

She has extensive experience prosecuting traffic and code violations, negotiating plea agreements, drafting complaints, analyzing city ordinances, conducting bench and jury trials, and collaborating with municipal court staff and law enforcement officials.  Ms. Falcon currently serves as Municipal Court Prosecutor for the City of Helotes and the City of Universal City.
