Jacob I. Pons

Jacob Pons focuses his practice in areas of public law and civil litigation, including insurance defense, transportation/trucking, and personal injury and represents clients in all phases of litigation. Mr. Pons also serves as a municipal court prosecutor.

Mr. Pons served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Texas prior to joining the Davidson Troilo Ream & Garza, PC. As an Assistant Attorney General, Mr. Pons defended the State of Texas, its governmental units, and employees in federal and state courts in civil-rights, personal-injury, disability-discrimination claims.
