Chelsea Amen focuses her practice in the areas of public law, eminent domain, employment law and civil litigation, including insurance defense, transportation/trucking and personal injury. Ms. Amen represents clients in all phases of litigation, including discovery, mediation, hearing and trial.
While in law school, Ms. Amen served as a staff editor and symposium committee member for the Texas Hispanic Journal of Law and Policy. She also served as Secretary of Texas Law Fellowships, a student-run 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that sponsors public interest fellowships for students at The University of Texas School of Law. Prior to joining Davidson Troilo Ream & Garza as an associate, Ms. Amen clerked at the firm and worked as a legal intern for the Mexican American Legal defense and Educational Fund.
